Frequently asked questions

A few things to know before you start supplying.

Are there listing fees or a subscription?

No. Creating an account, completing verification, and listing supply items is free for registered Filipino MSMEs in the national trade programme.

How do minimum order quantities work?

You choose the smallest quantity a buyer may order for each item, for example 500 units, 50 kg, or 1,000 pieces. Buyers cannot place a purchase order below your MOQ.

Can I offer contract manufacturing or private label?

Yes. Enable the OEM and private-label capability in your supplier profile so buyers sourcing custom runs can find you.

How do I get paid?

Payment settles through Philippine banking rails (InstaPay, PESONet) or the trade terms agreed on each purchase order, such as a deposit on confirmation and the balance on delivery.

How long does verification take?

Once you submit your registration and permits under Documents, our team reviews the files within one to two business days. You can start drafting catalog items while the review is in progress.
